Sean Kearney Named a 2009 Sitecore Most Valuable Professional
Holbrook, NY February 1, 2010 – On January 25, 2010, Sitecore, the leading provider of .NET Web Content Management System (CMS) software, announced the 2009 Sitecore Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs). The program recognizes exceptional technical community leaders who encourage free and objective exchange of knowledge by actively sharing their real-world Web CMS expertise. For 2009, twelve outstanding individuals from around the world were selected to be members of the program and honored with a Sitecore Most Valuable (MVP) Award. Among the twelve winners was Sean Kearney, from Hedgehog Development.
Individuals were nominated by Sitecore employees from around the world, and were reviewed by a board of Sitecore executives. The Sitecore judges evaluated articles, blogs and other content that addresses the challenges of development and information architecture. In addition, judges reviewed attendance and influence at events and training sessions, depth and frequency of posts in Sitecore Developer’s Forum and overall technical advocacy.

The term for Sitecore MVPs is two years, after which time, individuals can be nominated again.
