New in v1.1 – Send multiple file dialog displays current view filter restrictions and sort settings.
Problem
- SharePoint by default does not support emailing documents directly from a document library. In order to email a document you must first save the file locally and then create your email and attach the document manually.
Solution
- Create 2 links on the document “send to drop down” which will allow the user to automatically attach either a single or multiple documents to their Microsoft Outlook email.

- Allows you to automatically attach a single or multiple documents to your Microsoft Outlook email by clicking a link.
- This feature is only available when using Microsoft Outlook 2003 or higher.
- Compatible with Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007).
