Problem
- Moving agenda items around requires cutting and pasting, a very error-prone and confusing action considering one usually needs to swap agenda items. In your meeting if you don’t get to a particular agenda item, SharePoint by default doesn’t allow for moving those items to the next active meeting date.
Solution
- Move Agenda Items enables you to move an agenda item to the next occurrence date in a recurring meeting series.
- Add a “Custom Action” to all Agenda lists for movement of an item to the next active date.
